ML350 G5 fans at full speed once a week

Hi,this strange behavior occur regullary on saturday morning,when employes coming to office. System fans are at full speed until server is restarted,then fans work normally. We already try replace system board and power supply,flash newest firmware and install last PSP,but problem persist.Management homepage does not indicate any problem. Any idea?

did you flash System ROM as well as ilo firmware?

Hi,firmware was updated by firmware CD,so all avaliable firmware was updated.

Hi: I have a ML350 G5 with a similar problem, and have already posted about it in this thread:

Seems to be a widespread issue, and some knowledgeable-sounding folks seem to think it's a problem with the BIOS not talking nicely with the CPU temperature monitor.

Can we please have some definitive response from HP people on this?
