ML350 G5 with E200i controller

I´m having a ML350 G5 with 6 x 700GB HDDs, and a E200i controller with 128 BBWC. I´m about to create two logical drives. One Raid 5 with 3 HDDS, and a second Raid 5 with 3 HDDs. When I create the first logical drive... no problems at all, but when I create the second logical drive, after rebooting the server from ACU, Novell console log shows a lot of errors like 1786-Drive Array Recovery Needed
1787-Drive Array Operating in Interim Recovery Mode
1792-Drive Array Reports Valid Data Found in Array Accelerator
1789-Drive Not Responding, Physical Drive
... ANY Suggestions?
I know that the E200i controller with BBWC supports Raid 5 Configuration... but will support two Raid 5´s?
I need a hand on this.

have you considered a faulty HDD?
also check cables, update firmware


check troubleshooting guide and look for the number 1786 - 1787 and so on

a quick workaround just to check faulty HDD would be create a RAID 1 using 2 HDDs check results I mean if you still having errors in that way I think you can get which HDDs in generating those errors

and of course e200 supports 2 RAID 5

I have two servers with same exact error... I already swapped drives between them and the same... So I donpt think I´m having failed drives... Also I alredy swapped drives between RAIDs in the same server with no results.
