What is the current status of the 410 controller issue using BE? Our new ML350 G6 has Netware 6.5sp8 installed, when trying to add the agent (running BESTART), the server locks up. BE console displays that its trying to check for update(NCSSDK.NLM). Installing Netware was problematic as well but we got past that by shutting off half the processor. This controller problem is over a year old and still an issue. HP is ruining the Proliant name!

Any updates on this issue that anyone knows of? I am in the same boat as everyone else, 3 server to build with P410i controllers and unable to load Netbackup because of the lockup issue.

The issue has been fixed with the latest driver version posted above.

I did load the driver update and yes it allows everything to load up. But I am still unable to install my BBWC without locking up. Without the cache installed it works great.

Whats the part # on the BBWC that you're installing? Is this a P410i?

Yes this is a P410i controller and a 256MB BBWC.
