ML350 G6 SFF 2TB 3.5" drive expansion

I have just purchased a ML350 G6 SFF server and would like to set it up with 4x2TB SATA drives (3.5" form factor) in 2x RAID1 2x(1+1 mirrored) configuration, using the integrated controller.

Do I have some choices for this? I have looked at two:

(1) Replacing the SFF drive cage with the 6-bay LFF cage (511784-001) and the 6-bay cage backplane board (511787-001) as spare parts

(2) Using the large bays under the DVD drive with a MiniSAS 36 (HOST)-4 x SATA cable (http://www.tmcscsi.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/online-store/scstore/p-I3647-At5M.html?E+scstore as an example)

Would any of the above 2 work?
