why you should do it ??? I think if you have only one CPU inside The proliant server there is a fixed position where should be placed.
if you move cpu you should move also the power module on motherboard.

what can i do else?
is there anyway to bypass the emergency power off because of error mesage 1611?...

i thinks you could move the disks to another server and try to boot the system and make the backup.
