ML350 RAID 5 Problem

Our ML350 had a possible disk failure with a RAID 5 3 disk configuration. I have replaced the disk twice per HP support and the ACU still thinks there is a problem and wants to rebuild. HP had me upgrade the firmware on the e200i raid controller and now the diagnostics say there is possible problems on the other 2 disks, but HP feels this could be due to the controller firmware update and now the disk firmware should be upgraded. I had available slots in the chasis so I installed a second raid disk and am trying to use Ghost to clone the disk to save information and get off the bad disks, but bad blocks are making this run forever. Ghost has been running for about 21 hours so far and over 80% completed. Any suggestions?
