ML350 SCSI RAID Question

ML350 SCSI RAID Question

I have a ML350 Server and I'm using the intergraded SCSI controller (AIC-7899). It says that it supports RAID, but I don't see how, unless it's SW RAID with each drive running off it's own controller. Is there a HW way of Mirroring two drives?

Integrated SCSI controller upgradeable with optional integrated Smart Array Controller

Or you can go with 3200 Smart Array Controller or any other Array Controllers as 2 Series
