can I install a storageworks DAT24 on integrated scsi port?

I have many such installations done in the past...
You need to connect the DAT 24 to a SCSI channel. (Probably SCSI Channel B)
Assign it an ID (Default 6 I believe)
Greetzzz Don't forget to download the latest version of the library and tape tools, and update the firmware of the tape streamer.

If I am interpreting this correctly, it says that the DAT 24i drive can be used with the Ultra 320 SCSI HBA, but "is not support with embedded HBA". Isn't the Ultra 320 the embedded HBA on the Proliant 350?
What am I missing here?
