ML350 g4p sas controler problems

Hello!
I have a problem with my ml350 g4p server. Few days ago my windows 2003 serv event viewer recorded following errors:
OS Information Agent: The Logical Disk Performance Instance, 'C:' is failed with Disk Busy Time of 100 percent.
[SNMP TRAP: 19008 in CPQWINOS.MIB]
Source: Foundations Agent

and:

OS Information Agent: The Logical Disk Performance Instance, 'G:' is degraded with Disk Busy Time of 28 percent.
[SNMP TRAP: 19007 in CPQWINOS.MIB]

Then, suddenly my G: drive (which is RAID 5 on HP HP 8 INT Port SAS/SATA HBA) has vanished. During the system startup, there was a warning that my array is degraded. So I recreated the array and recovered all the data from backup. Unfortunately after few hours the g: drive also vanished!
I think there is a problem with the controller, but maybe it's just one of the member discs?
Please help me diagnose the problem..

Did you receive any message for physical hard drive failure?
Try updating the firmware of the controller and hard drives and check the status in System Management Homepage and Online Insight Diagnostics for Storage, to find out issue with either controller or hard drive.
