ML350 g4p

I have an ML350 running windows 2003 server.

In device manager :
Under SCSI and Raid Controller

I have:

LSI Adapter - Ultra320 SCSI 2000 series w/1020/1030 SCSIport.

Both show up with a bang (!) symbol.

How can I fix this?
Is there a driver I should be using that I dont have?

It is a PCI controler card. And I am having a fit trying to figure out how to update the driver. I am a UNIX person.

It seems to be the
Integrated Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter
Refernce from :

Give a shot to this drive and check also

I have the same problem, and I have tried all the drivers in this thread, but still the '!' sign is on both my LSI adapter... any good ideas?
