hi,
Drives in bay1 and 4 should be replaced. I'm not sure about the other drives, because the FW and the ACU version are very old.
So... my suggestion is to back up your data and to update the FW and the PSP. PLease attach a new ACU report after the updates.
Please keep in mind that is very possible that the RAID will need a recreation, because of multiple hdd failures.
