ML350 reeboot every day
My HP PROLIANT ML 350 reebot every day without any debug message.
PC Anywhere 11.5 and SAVCE 9 are installed on this server.
I know there is a problem:
"When PC Anywhere 11.5 is and SAVCE 9.X are installed on the same system, PC Anywhere is upgrading the Symevent files to version 11.5.2.2 which seems not to be compatible with the Symevent files 11.4.0.6 used by SAVCE 9.x. PC ANYWHERE does not use the Symevent files but will update the one already used by another Symantec product"
What is the solution to repair this problem?
Thank for your help.

Re: ML350 reeboot every day
Have you updated the firmware?
Did you install the latest HP Agents?
IS there recently something changed?
IS there something to mention in CIM or SIM?
Are you sure you didn't see a blue screen dump. Uncheck perhaps the reboot option after dump is it's is windows platform.
Did you check the IML?
Anything in the eventlog?
Are you using Processors with hyperthreading?
Try to disable hyperthreading in the bios.
Sincerly.

Re: ML350 reeboot every day
I would definitly start updating the server.
Firmware, drivers, proliant support packs etc...
Try intalling HP system insight monitor.
It will monitor your server health.
It will be the first you have to do if you need to call for HP support.
Greetings...
