ML350G3 not able to communicate with Smart UPS 750 APC

I have a customer who have ML350G3 and ML350G4 in their environment. The servers are powered by APC UPS.

Customer complain that they cannot get the G3 servers to communicate with the UPS. It has no issue on the G4 servers.

Anyone can help? Thanks.
