ML350G4 Memory unmatch

ML350G4 Memory unmatch

I have ML350G4 with 1GB memory (PN: 331562-051) as a basememory.

I have bought 1GB Kingston (KVR333D8R25/1G : REG, ECC) and I inserted it to Slot 2.

But when the server boots, a memory unmatched error happens.

 

In case that I replace the original basememory with new one.

The server boots without error.

It means that the new memory does not have malfunction.

 

I need altogether 2GB memory space.  How can I manage the issue?
