ML350G4, Smart Array641, replacing hdd
Hi, all
sorry for stupid question...
I`ve ML350G4 server on remote site, which has 5 disks in raid5, on the weekends on hdd failed and duty engineer replaced failed hdd. but in the status of the array, new hdd didn`t attach in the raid 5, and shows unassigned, also in raid5 configuration shows that 1 disk lost. i`ve checked new hdd the same like another (72.8GB 15K), i tried re-put it, took new one hdd and tried to replace, but without luck.
thank you in advice!
