ML350G4p auto reboot ,I have upgraded firmware to the latest version

I have a ML350G4p,it will auto reboot everyday,I have replaced mainborad,but the server still will auto reboot .I check IML log,it just display blue trap and systemerror.What can I do .Memory configuration is
512 512 512 512 1024 1024
DIMM1 DIMM2 DIMM3 DIMM4 DIMM5 DIMM6
BTW,I inserted USB and Printer port keypro because AP required.

Hi Kevin,

Boot the server with the Smart Start CD, run the server diagnostics utility ( maintainence - diagnostics), select complete tests for all components. It would tell you if its a degraded or failed hardware component.

If all the tests are passed, check with the event logs for any sort of application or system errors.
