ML350P GEN8 has MARCONET management software that will not go away

Have a ML350P server that we are seting up that have marconet software that will not go away.  Erased hard drives, loaded new OS.  This IT mangementsoftware comes back to life.  Want to get the server back to factory setting for it to be used in it's next life.

Check to see if there is anything plugged into the internal USB port or SD card slot.
