ML370 (600-1000MHz): boot configuration bug

Wy my ML370 when boot with PCI different configuration, integrated display show DL380 and it stopping on PCI-CONFIGURATION ?
If remove a PCI card on the slot (expecially video capture card), reboot is ok; It is return a ML370 !!!!!
when reinstall the card, is ok

The server boot from integrated SA RAID with System Partition and boot the second controller SA 431 from 64bit PCI.
