Solutionyes you can use Smartstart Cd 5.5

if that does not work
you can install windows 2003 manually pressing F6 and loading this driver for your controller

I downloaded the iso image and created a bootable smart start CD 5.50 per your advice. However, the smart start only takes Windows server 2000 not Windows server 2003. So, I am still stuck.
