ML370 G3 does not recognize UPS on USB Port

Hello ALL

 

I got a new UPS R/T3000 and want to connect it to my ML370 G3 Server using USB-Port, the Server shows me an unknown Device. I have HP Power Manager Version 4.3.2 installed

Any Suggestions?

 

My Server has Windows 2003 R2 installed and is updated with Support Pack 2003  8.70

No other Devices are connected!

Doesn't the ups have it's own drivers?
