ML370 G3 getting msg "Non-system disk" after Motherboard replaced

Hi,
I getting a "Non-system disk" error while trying to boot my server after replacing the motherboard. The drives worked with the privious motherboard but I replaced the board due to intermitant rebooting issues. Pleas help.
