ML370 G3. mixing RAM amounts

Hi....

got a ML370 G3 server. Is it ok to mix the Ram sizes.. IE in the 6 slots have 2 X 512 sticks and 4X 1GB sticks... or other combinations of course

I would only use HP branded RAM..

To answer your question, yes you can.

DIMMs must be installed in indentical pairs, but banks can be of different sizes.
