ML370 G3 will not start

ML370 G3 will not start

Server will not start....Power supply LED lights green when I plug in power...fans start then shuts down. Power supply LED on bac is then off. CR81 and CR82 on board flashing. Power button on front is amber with a red LED on next to it. Pulled memory and CPU's and reseat...still no start.

Moved power supply to secondary slot but still fails.

Thoughts?
