ML370 G4 Error

I replaced the system board in my Proliant ML370 G4 because of a defective SCSI port. Now I get the following error message with the system health light on ..

Serial presence detect (SPD) information - DIMM 6
Memory type SDRAM DDR2
DIMM Description SPS-MEM DIMM, 1GB, PC2-3200, 128Mx4
Spare Part Number 359242-001
Single-Bit Threshold Exceeded Status Correctable error threshold exceeded
Multi-Bit Status No DIMM errors detected
Single-Bit Threshold Count 3

What could be the problem??

HP suggested reseating the memory module(s)

Re: ML370 G4 Error

If Re-seating doesn't work, try swapping the 1 GB DIMM to another SLOT. If the Error follows the DIMM, replace DIMM, else, if Error Remains with the SLOT, replace System board!

It Should be the DIMM at fault.

James.
