ML370 G4 Fan Noise
I just updated all the drivers on this server and now the fans stay on high ALL the time....this has to be the noisiest box ever! I cannot find a way to put them back into low speed, or adjust based on temp....or anything for that matter. Please help....for the sake of our ears......

I have updated the BIOS, and all drivers available.
