I don├В┬┤t resolve it, i try all suggest of this thread and the fan turn high speed, i tray uninstall all and not obtain positive results. Can stop this service o application?..Any coments agree.

Do not use smart start. Set up the array without smart start and install the OS without smart start. Then install HP tools after OS installed

Hey I know this thread has been closed. But just so wanted to let people know what worked for me.

I had SBS 2008 server installed on the ML370 G4, everything was running fine until I installed PSP 8.4 from HP. After I reboot the server it would get to the "Applying Settings" part of Windows startup and the fans would speed up and stay constant.

Updating the BIOS resolved the issue.
