ML370 G4 SCSI Bus speed
HP Systems Management Homepage shows SCSI Bus speed as SCSI-1 (see attached screenshot)
Tried to reinstall OS (also tried x64) - nj effect.
BIOS and drivers are up to date

HDD firmware Up to date ?
HP Hard Drive ?

This customer advisory sounds similar to your problem if the disks are older models.
I see that your bus width is 16-bit however, where this relates to disks being seen as 8-bit.
Try a warm boot as suggested to see if the speeds increase.

Thanks for you help!
System ROM is up to date.
HDDs are all HP
Will check HDD firmware (HDDs slightly differ from each other but have same part number).
Tried to use 72 Gb 15K rpm - no effect
Tried warm boot - no effect
POST shows that HDDs are 16 bit wide, and speed is 80 (will be 320 in OS)
Performance seems to be fine (320)
Server is now in our branch office, so I will update PSP only in 1-2 weeks and report here
