ML370 G4 Unrecoverable System Error
Hi,
we received 4 new ML370 G4 servers (dual CPU, 4 Gb RAM, SmartArray 6400 controller).
Last server firmware installed.
Windows 2003 with sp1 was installed.
The problem exist only on one server,
server restart unexpectedly with messages
"ASR Detected by System ROM"
and "An Unrecoverable System Error has occurred...." in insight management viewer (log attached).
We run full offline diagnostics from SmartStart 7.40 CD - no problems detected.
Any suggestions ?
Seems to be hardware problem ?
Thanks.

Re: ML370 G4 Unrecoverable System Error
Suggestions -
1. Set ASR Timeout Value is set to ten minutes in the RBSU and restart.
2. Please enlist how the system with the issue is different from other servers - be it location, cable length etc.
3. Meanwhile, I shall further research on the issue.
