ML370_G4 Winpe/Windows 200 install Server not booting to textmode setup

I am currently migrating our servers builds from using the 16 bit smartstart scripting tools to the 32 bit version using Winpe.

The Winpe build is working fine, but after running winnt32 (W2K install) using our custom unattend.txt, the server appears to copy the relevant files over and doe's the initial GUI portion of the setup.
But when it then reboots to continue the textmode portion of the install the server just sits there with a flashing cursor, unable to boot onto the C:

This is currently only a problem on the ML370_G4. Using exactly the same settings (for install) it works OK on the ML370_G5. Is this a BIOS issue or Controller issue. I'm a bit baffled.

Please let me know if anybody else has come accross this issue.

Many Thanks

Bill

Update. The problem is also happening on the ML370_G5 when the drive is formatted with NTFS. Need to test again using FAT32. But it happens using both formats on the ML370_G4
