ML370 G4 and Sound Card

I am looking for a compatible sound card for two of my ML370 G4 servers. I purchased a SoundBlaster Audigy LS but I am not able to get this to work. I believe there may be a hardware compatibility issue with this one. My os is Windows 2000 server and unfortunately I am not able to upgrade to 2003. Any suggestions of a compatible sound card or details of experience with sound cards in this particular server would be a great help.
