Re: ML370 G4 c/w Windows 2008 R2 c/w Management Agents
Sounds like you are only installing the Management Agents when running the ProLiant Support Pack (PSP). Have you tried leaving the default installation settings when we run the ProLiant Support Pack? The last version of the PSP supported on this server is 8.40, not sure if newer versions like 9.0 or later will work fine with this system.
Management agents have some dependencies prior installing, in this case the message you are getting is related to the drivers for the iLO that need to be installed first.

Re: ML370 G4 c/w Windows 2008 R2 c/w Management Agents
Try by installing the HP ProLiant iLO Advanced and Enhanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows Server 2008 x64 Editions from the following link:
Restart the server and then try installing the ProLiant Support Pack from the following link:

Re: ML370 G4 c/w Windows 2008 R2 c/w Management Agents
... when tried (previously) cp010914.exe (Vijay 1st link) get:
"The software is not supported for installation on this system.
The OS is not supported."
I know this is strictly true.. but the OS + disk + net drivers are fine..
I know there will be a way!
Am trying 2nd link.
Tho' as cp010914.exe is included in the second one I'm not expecting miracles.
