ML370 G5. Need to install HP software...
Hi All
I've inherited support on a ML370G5 server. Unfortunately it does not seem to have been installed with smartstart and hence most HP software is missing. It's causing a few issues at present and i need to monitor it for memory problems/disk issues etc.
My question is can I just install the HP System Management software to allow access to these things without upgrading all driveers/firmware etc (don't really want to change anything at present if i can) ??
Any links/help appreciated in advance!

Re: ML370 G5. Need to install HP software...
Hello Rob,
You should be able to install the HP SMH without isntall the whole Suppport Package (drivers and other tools) but in order to work you'll also need the agents.
-HP Insight Management Agents:

And also remember to install and configure SNMP/WBEM agents on your Operating system. If you need further instructions for that please let me know or refer to this link with installation instructions:

Or if you want to install all HP Tools/drivers in one shot just download and install the HP Proliant Support Pack:
