ML370 G6 - Power loss due to overheating. Attempting to restore power

Hello,

I have had this server installed for over three months now and suddenly the system seems to be powering down due to "Power loss due to overheating. Attempting to restore power". The server room operates at a constant 19c. When I go the ILO it shows that Temp 23 & 24 (I/O Board Zones are running at between 75c & 84c. The fans are running at 12%. Guess my question is why would the system be heating up and restarting as it seems to be doing now and is there a way to manually increase the fan speed without letting the system dictate the fans speed which is very loud. Thanks in advance.
