Re: ML370 Server Problem

Hi Jimmy,

PSP 7.20 is too old i would say have you check for 7.30 A wich is the newest PSP from HP!?. What Operating System you are running on your ML370? Windows 2003 SP1 for example requires also the newest ROMPaqa and Firmware. I suggest you to update ROMPaq, Firmware and the Update to PSP 7.30 A.

Mike

Re: ML370 Server Problem

Do all the firmware and system software updates. If there is any other hardware install in the server (fax card, any 3rd party stuff) remove it and see if the problem persists. I found sometimes if there is a 3rd party card installed it can cause problems. Also look at your Intergrated log and see if you dont have a memory problem. Remove and clean the Dimms and reseat it.

Good luck
