ML370 Software support disk - How?

And from where. I can't find this program on my disks. Maybe i haven't current disk. Have install file of SSD Anywhere in Net?
I must upgrade to second processor my clusterized servers. They are 2 ML370 with NT4.0, with Oracle and SQL database and some Application on it.
I saw some explanation about procedure, here and in MS site,but i doesn't make that action till now.
Wish me sucess and help with idea!
