Hello,
1. MISC cable:
According to the manual the interlock chain contains the :
processors, terminator boards, memory board, I/O board and MISC cable.
What is the MISC cable ?
2. Hot spare boot:
SW6 located on the system board has "enable hot spare boot".
What is "hot spare boot"?

Is this about ML570 or ML370?

If it's an ML570 - that's the spare Boot ROM switch.
