ML370 lockups on cold boot
I have a ML370 that has Netware 6.0 sp2 installed on it. Everything works great until a cold boot in which the server hangs until I remove the tape magazine and power off and on again. It acts like it is trying to boot the tape drive. The tape drive is an internal 20/40 DRT 8 cassette autoloader...I upgraded the system bios but to no avail...any help is appreciated.

Re: ML370 lockups on cold boot
hi,
seems to be a config error. Check which controller is set as boot controller.
You find the config menu with F10 on older servers or with F9 on newer servers. Or start your server with your Smart Start CD.
To which controller is your boot HD attached? Set this one as first boot controller.
