ML370 won't boot or post

Client server became unresponsive today. Upon starting, no bios, no keyboard indicator lights. Nothing. Pulled ram and do get beep codes but nothing else. Tried second monitor and still nothing. Fans and drives spin, pulled drives and reconnected and still no display.

Try clearing NVram, and boot the server with minimum ram.
