ML370G3 + Sco Unixware broadcom NIC problem

Hi all,
for some reason, I haven't been able to get Sco Unixware 7.1.1 to recognize my network card in a proliant ML370. I have tried all the EFS, to no avail. Does anyone know of any way around this?

This is the release note for the EFS:
EFS 7.62a contains temporary alternative solution for the installation of OEM Intel and Broadcom network drivers. Depending on the status of corresponding packages in your system, 7.62a network drivers will be installed as an integrated part of typical EFS package or by executing pkgadd(1M) command separately. HP is currently investigating a permanent delivery method for OEM network drivers. The new method should be available in EFS 7.64.

Have you looked for a driver at SCO:
