ML370G4 Raid Issue

I have 3 72GB harddisks installed in the server, and they are currently running on Raid 5 configuration.

They have 3 partitions, with 20 60 60 GB for each partitions.

Now the problem is that, I would like to add in another harddisk. I am aware of that by adding another harddisk will need to do some striping. will there be any impact to all the partitions? how long will it take for the process to finish expending?

Correct me if i am wrong. thanks.

and one more thing... whats the different for Entend and Expend ? i am just confuse... thanks
