ML370G5 Shutting down and not restart

hi people, i have a problem with this server.

From few days we find the server OFF

When we try to start with the power button, the server start but after 1 second, all led blink and then shut down. 

Casually i open the case and the the server restart correctly.

But in the server room we have air conditioned and the server is connected correctly to UPS.

Wher's the problem?

Check the PSUs or try to start it w/o the ups.

Perfect , i will try to buy a new PSUs.

The UPS mantain more than 1 server and all the other are ok so i don't think us ups
