ML380 G4 - iLO Remote Console freezing when Pnp installs Intel Chipset Drivers

I want to install several ML 380 G4 servers via iLO Remote Console with unattended installation of MS Server 2003 SP1.
I used the "OemPnpDriversPath" option in my unattended file in order to detect/install PnP devices.
If I add path to Intel Chipset driver downloaded on the HP website, the iLo Remote Console is freezing when "installing Devices" screen is displayed and becomes not available until the next reboot !
is there a link between iLO card and Intel Chispet ?It is OK if I delete path to HP Chipset drivers and setup uses Microsoft drivers.

I didn't encounter this issue with my ML 5710 G3 and the same installation process !

I already have tested these two drivers, and iLO has the last firmware, but no change.
