ML530 G2 ASR reboots

I have an ML530 G2 running W2K Advanced Server (SP4) which has been blue screening and restarting once or twice a day for a month now. We have traced the problem (with the help of this forum) to the Compaq Management Agents. We disabled the System Information monitor and the server ran O.K. for 6 days. We then upgraded the agents from version 6.20 to 6.40 and re-enabled System Information (as a stop error fix had been documented in 6.40)....unfortunately, the fault returned. The Advanced System Management Controller Driver is version 5.32.2195.0. Any ideas on what the problem is with the agent ?
