ML530 G2 Memory question

Hi!

I have one ML530 G2 with 2G of ram. (2x512Mb + 4x256M). I bought last week one 512M ram (samsung PC1600 CL2 ECC, with HP stick).

Now I have to buy a second 512M ram to install it in pair.But I didn't find samsung ram, only Micron and Infineon ram. (Both are the same type:
PC1600 CL2 ECC.

My question:
It is a problem to put different brand ram in the server?

I think no one wil be able to comment on that with a confirmation. Where as HP goes he says no.

Because in that case it SOMETIMES it will lead to bug check which take our life toroubleshoot.

I know that it's almost impossible to say 100% clear that it will or won't work, but I would hear your opinion.
