ML530 RBSU not available

After updating the BIOS, something is wrong with the ML530's RBSU: When I press F9 it shows a "RBSU not available" and I cannot enter the utility.

it's F9 or F10 based
ML530 G1 or G2 ?

Do an ROMPaq disaster recovery. Look at this link/file (HP ProLiant ML530 Generation 2 Server Maintenance and Service Guide).

Try to use the Firmware Maintenance CD 7.50 to flash again the server System Bios.

If the problem remains you should consider replace the Systemboard.
