ML530 can not connect to LAN

Dear Expert,

I have ML530 servers, suddenly can not connect to LAN, the NIC Status is connected, but can not ping to gateway. I dont know what causing it.

What I have done to resolve this :
- connect to different cable, different Switch and different subnet/IP/gateway. Still can not working, even I have test this connection and prev connected cable working fine in my laptop.

-I have call our HP vendor, they have try to replace NIC card with the new one, remove the HP NCU to minimalize problem. Still can not work.

- Restarting server in sade mode, the server can connected to LAN normally (can ping / be ping-ed).

- restarting the server in clean mode (disable all service except microsoft service) still not solve.

I have escalate the problem to microsoft, they also still confuse, because if in safe mode the network is working fine so there is no problem with NIC and OS.

Do you have any suggestion ? is the networking in HP ML Server must be configured using HP NCU ? so I need to reinstall NCU.

Have you tired rebuilding the tcpip
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/325356

Or even reinistalling the card in the deivice manager.
