ML530 with two-bay hotplug drive cage

The only way I can think of requires using two separate controllers. I cannot find an HP product that supports more than 2 internal connections.

I would use a 641 array controller connected to the 2 drive bay, and make that the OS drive. Then I would use a 6402 connecting both 6 drive chassis to ports 1 and 2 of that controller. You can then make 12 drives a single array. This would also help in keeping system partition separate from the data partition. Just my two cents.
