ML570 - Blue screen

I am getting the server crash with the following message on ML570, Windows 2000 advanced server, Sp3:

BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0x80000004, 0x8046D4B8, 0x6BABC80C, 0xD75D08D2)

Can anyone tell me the origin

Check out the following doccument

it may indicate that there is faulty hardware on the computer

Since we need to troubleshoot this we can start with iml logs on server any information other then this bug check error.
