ML570/G2 All memory not reported by OS

Bios sees all 6.5GB of RAM in system. Windows 2000 Advanced Server only reports 3.5 GB. Am I overlooking something stupid? Any help greatly appreciated.

May be you should try to use the /PAE option in the boot.ini.
Is the correct OS type selected using system configuration utility?

The correct operating system IS set in the System configuration utility. How do I go about using the /PAE option in the boot.ini?
