ML570 G4 memory error

Hi!

I have ML570 G4 with 4Gb RAM.(p/n 430054-421)

I want to upgrade server to maximum RAM - 64Gb. I bought 8x(2x4Gb) (p/n 348106-b21) memory. But server works only with 3x(2x4Gb), two pair on 1 bank and one pair on 2 bank.

When I install 32Gb or more I get error "The Frontside Bus Frequency has been degraded. Check installed Memory Boards. System Halted".

What is wrong?
